Gym Membership Offer

A five-scene, 20-second 9:16 sales card for a gym running a membership push, ordered the way a prospect actually decides: the offer, the price, what's included, the deadline, then join now. Black and concrete grounds alternate under a single volt-yellow accent that is spent only on the price and the expiry, and a five-block "rep meter" fills one block per scene so the piece reads as one offer rather than five slides. 1080x1920, 600 frames at 30fps, hard cuts between grounds, with a background music bed. Sixteen fields swap per render — gym_name, location_name, offer_headline, offer_detail, price_value, price_period, price_note, inclusion_1, inclusion_2, inclusion_3, deadline_label, urgency_line, gym_image, cta_label, cta_detail and the optional terms_note — so a locations spreadsheet produces one MP4 per club, and January's "first month free", the September reset and a new-site opening are the same template with four values changed.

Frequently asked questions

How do I customize the Gym Membership Offer template?

Open the template in the Renderly editor and replace its 16 customizable fields (such as Gym Name) with your own text, images, or video. Every change previews instantly before you render.

How much does it cost to render this template?

Rendering is credit-based — 1 credit equals 1 minute of 1080p video. You only pay when you export, and credits never expire on the pay-as-you-go plan.

Can I generate this video at scale via the API?

Yes. Mark any field as a dynamic variable and call the Renderly API (or a no-code integration like Zapier) with a JSON payload to batch-render a unique video for every row of data.

Class Schedule Card template preview

Class Schedule Card

Class Schedule Card publishes a studio's whole week — six days, eighteen classes, every start time and every coach — as a 33-second, 1080x1920 (9:16) card designed for a Sunday-night cron job rather than a designer. Five scenes run a graphite / chalk / chalk / graphite / orange rhythm: a photo-led title frame, two typographically identical timetable pages (Mon-Tue-Wed, then Thu-Fri-Sat) that hard-cut like a page turn, a Sunday-and-booking frame, and a full-accent sign-off. Seventy fields swap per render: the identity block (studio_name, location_line, week_label, class_count, studio_photo), six day headers (mon_label through sat_label), the timetable itself as 18 rows x 3 fields (<day>_<slot>_time / _class / _coach), and the closing copy (sunday_line, booking_line, booking_note, coaches_line, handle_line) — which is exactly the shape of a SELECT against Mindbody, Glofox or TeamUp, so a three-site studio group can render it 156 times a year without touching the design.

Valentine's Day Offer template preview

Valentine's Day Offer

A 23-second 9:16 (1080x1920) reservations driver for any business that sells a dated seasonal offer — restaurants, florists, salons and jewellers all fit the same five frames, because nothing static on the card names a trade. Deep burgundy and blush alternate as ground and ink, Prata sets the display like an engraved menu card, and crimson is spent exactly four times, each on the thing the viewer is meant to act on: the date chip, the price, the covers-remaining chip and the booking bar. The five scenes carry the occasion and date, one breath of atmosphere over the venue's photograph, the offer with what is included and what it costs, the seatings and how little is left, then the booking instruction. Sixteen fields are swapped per render — 14 text (offer_name, date_label, venue_name, location_label, offer_line, include_1, include_2, include_3, price_value, price_unit, seating_times, scarcity_note, booking_channel, booking_deadline) and 2 evergreen photos (hero_image full-bleed, detail_image matted into a hard-edged window) — so a booking platform, an ordering system or a salon scheduler can render one clip per venue on the first of February and serve a whole high street in an afternoon.

The Grand Atlantic - Cruise Dining Card template preview

The Grand Atlantic - Cruise Dining Card

The cruise cut of Daily Special Card, and the first sibling that carries a whole menu rather than one item: a 24-second vertical (9:16) card for a ship's main dining room, publishing three dishes of the day, two bar specials, seatings, deck and dress code. A ship already publishes this as its daily programme, so the feed exists - one hull runs 7 menus a voyage and roughly 45 voyages a year, about 315 cards from a single dining room before a fleet multiplies it by every hull. Seven scenes on an alternating sea-ink and cream rhythm: an opener that establishes vessel, deck and voyage day over the aft deck and wake, the full three-dish list with name, description and price set as a printed menu, the signature dish as a photo band cut by a brass rule with its type on a clean plate below, a matted second dish above a third set as a footer line, both bar specials as a two-up window grid, seatings at display scale over the dining room, and a typographic close that ends on the ship's name rather than on food. The register is the ship's own stationery - engraved and centred, Bodoni Moda with Archivo labels, every ground carrying a fine 45-degree engine-turned guilloche crosshatch at 4.5% ink on cream and 6% brass on sea-ink, and a brass frame inset 52px that doubles on the opener and closer to separate bookends from the body. Photo treatment is the part that makes it work at sea: only four of the six image slots are daily (dish_photo_1, dish_photo_2, drink_photo_1, drink_photo_2 - what the galley and bar actually shoot each night), while ship_photo and venue_photo are evergreen stills the vessel shoots once, so every card is anchored to the water without anyone photographing the ocean nightly. The hero uses a photo band over an ink plate rather than a full-bleed scrim, because contrast never depends on a veil - that is the treatment for a bright subject like a white plate, and it lets the crop be chosen for the food instead of compromised to leave room for a headline. Thirty dynamic fields: ship_name, venue_name, deck_label, voyage_line, date_label; dish_1/2/3 name, desc and price; drink_1/2 name, desc and price; dish_1_price_line, seating_times, dress_code, closing_line; and the six photos. Ten of those drive more than one scene, so a single replacement updates the card coherently. The fare model is a template-level decision expressed through the price fields rather than a switch: pass "Included" on every price for an all-inclusive line, or empty strings to hide money entirely for a fare-inclusive luxury brand. Length ceilings are set by Bodoni at display scale: venue_name is built for two lines and takes about 9 characters each at 148-158px, dish names about 21 characters before the list rows wrap to a second line (scenes 02 and 04 are built for that wrap), drink names about 13 at 64px in the two-up grid. Smallest type in the deck is 27px and all bottom-anchored content clears 196px, keeping it above the Stories reply bar and the Reels action rail.
