Halloween Event & Offer

A Halloween poster in motion for bars, restaurants, gyms and retailers — five scenes that carry the event, the date, the venue and the offer, plus the link that turns a viewer into a booking. 1080×1920 (9:16), 36 seconds at 30fps. The register is a good bar's flyer rather than a horror film: a fat-face Abril Fatface didone set in title case on void black, a poison-purple accent, and deliberately no orange — the whole spooky budget is three drawings (a bone moon, one spider on a thread, a family of scallop-winged bats). The ground flips scene to scene (void, bone, graded photo, a full purple flood for the offer, void) so each cut lands like a switch being thrown. Twelve fields swap per render: event_name, event_tagline, event_date, door_time, venue_name, venue_address, venue_photo (the one photograph, full-bleed 9:16 and hard-graded into the palette), offer_value (the graphic claim inside the black stamp), offer_detail, offer_terms (optional — a discount code or a house rule), cta_line, and brand_logo (optional — it replaces the moon mark). event_date appears three times in three treatments and event_name, door_time, venue_name and offer_detail each appear twice, so one CSV row per venue renders a whole street's worth of posters, and next year the same rows render again with two fields changed.

Frequently asked questions

How do I customize the Halloween Event & Offer template?

Open the template in the Renderly editor and replace its 12 customizable fields (such as Event Name) with your own text, images, or video. Every change previews instantly before you render.

How much does it cost to render this template?

Rendering is credit-based — 1 credit equals 1 minute of 1080p video. You only pay when you export, and credits never expire on the pay-as-you-go plan.

Can I generate this video at scale via the API?

Yes. Mark any field as a dynamic variable and call the Renderly API (or a no-code integration like Zapier) with a JSON payload to batch-render a unique video for every row of data.

Wedding Invitation - The Wide Cut template preview

Wedding Invitation - The Wide Cut

The landscape member of the family: a 28-second widescreen (16:9) wedding invitation built for the places a wedding video actually plays wide - an email embed, the hero of the couple's wedding website, and the screen in the venue lobby on the day. It is not the vertical cut letterboxed; every composition is built for the wide frame. Same one-video-per-guest premise as v1–v3, with guest_name the only field that changes per row. Espresso and oat with a single teal accent, Geist 500 uppercase display, a 120px inset, and a hairline motif that runs both horizontal and vertical. Six scenes: a product thesis anchored against a vertical rule ("A wedding is a group event. An invitation isn't."), the guest's name at 368px beside a 16px full-bleed teal stripe with the right half deliberately left empty so longer names grow into it, the couple under a solid oat plate covering the left 44% of a full-bleed photograph, a two-column date-and-place ledger split by a full-height hairline that reads left to right, a three-column run-of-day timeline bracketed by full-width rules, and a landscape keepsake with a 700px full-height venue panel that holds fully static for the last 2.5 seconds - the frame that gets screenshotted from a desktop or pasted into an email. Hard cuts throughout: in a wide frame the plate and panel wipes already carry the motion. Geist + JetBrains Mono. Swap ten dynamic fields - guest_name, couple_names, wedding_date + wedding_date_full, venue_name + venue_location + venue_line, rsvp_link, couple_photo, and venue_photo. Usually watched muted and autoplaying, so no information depends on audio and the opening scene doubles as the poster frame. Note: the guest name renders at a fixed 368px - the sample "Phil" measures 750px of its 1600px column, but a long name like "Priya & Devendra" needs a smaller font size. The two photos have opposite needs: couple_photo is landscape and must keep its subject in the right half so the plate does not cover it, while venue_photo has to survive a tall 700×1080 crop. If a couple has only one usable photograph, render v1 instead.

Wedding Invitation - The Album Cut template preview

Wedding Invitation - The Album Cut

The photo-led member of the family: a 34-second vertical (9:16) wedding invitation that hands the frame to the couple's photographs instead of setting the guest's name on a plain card. Same one-video-per-guest premise as v1 and v2 - a planner, venue, or invite platform uploads guests.csv and batch-renders the whole list, because only guest_name changes per row - but four photo slots instead of two, which makes this the cut to sell to venues and photographers who already have the pictures. Paper and near-black with a single postal-red accent, Archivo 700 uppercase display, and white gutters between photo tiles instead of a card border. Seven scenes: a 2×2 contact-sheet mosaic of all four photos landing one tile at a time, the guest's name at 238px burned over the full-bleed hero shot, the couple in a 1320px letterbox above a paper band, the date as a split poster beside a full-height photo panel, the venue full-bleed under a tall scrim, an indexed order of the day, and a keepsake card with a three-up thumbnail strip that holds fully static at the end so any screenshot in that window is clean. Archivo + Geist + JetBrains Mono. Swap eleven dynamic fields - guest_name (the only per-guest field, used in both the name scene and the keepsake), couple_names, wedding_date, venue_name + venue_location + venue_line, rsvp_link, and photo_1 through photo_4 - where everything but guest_name is set once per wedding. photo_1 is the only slot that must crop vertically: it fills 1080×1920 behind the name and needs a usable dark or quiet lower third, so reject wide landscape shots at upload rather than at render. Note: the guest name renders at a fixed 238px, which fits roughly five characters in Archivo uppercase - pass a smaller font size for longer names like "Dr. & Mrs. Okonkwo". Non-Latin names should render on v1 (Geist), which is the neutral cut.

Wedding Invitation - The Long Version template preview

Wedding Invitation - The Long Version

The seven-scene sibling of Named For One Guest: 36 seconds, a plum ↔ porcelain rhythm with a lilac accent, Space Grotesk display type, and a dry joke in every scene. Same one-video-per-guest premise and an identical variable set to v1, so a couple renders both cuts off a single guests.csv upload and picks the one they like. Seven scenes: a guest-list confession ("took four months and cost us two friendships"), the payoff (the guest's name at 330px inside a hairline card, under a YOU SURVIVED EVERY CUT kicker), a full-bleed couple photo, the date as a 132px display line with a practical aside about keeping the Sunday free, a full-bleed evening venue photo, a hairline-separated run of the day, and a keepsake card that assembles top-down and holds fully static for the last 3 seconds so any screenshot in that window is clean. Space Grotesk + Geist + JetBrains Mono. Swap the same eleven dynamic fields as v1 - guest_name (the only per-guest field), couple_names, wedding_weekday + wedding_date + wedding_date_full, venue_name + venue_location + venue_line, rsvp_link, couple_photo, and venue_photo. All the humour is static template copy the couple edits once, not a per-render variable. Note: the guest name renders at a fixed 330px and Space Grotesk is wide - the five-character sample already fills its box, so pass a smaller font size for longer names.
